Answers:
1. Can I play your games on my PC/Mac?
      We get asked this very often, and the only answer I can give is, "Not yet". For now we're 100% focused on making iPhone games. At some point we would like to make Flash versions that can be run in Facebook or as stand alone games, but it's a lot of work and we've definitely got our hands full for now.

2. Why does my game crash?
      We've spent a great deal of time looking into this issue, and this appears to boil down to a few different potential problems.
  1. We have a bug in our game. It happens, and we're constanly trying to reproduce these problems so we can fix them. If you find a problem that isn't solved by rebooting your iPhone or reinstalling the game, please let us know and provide as much detail as you can about what you were doing when the crash occurred.
  2. You just installed the game and haven't rebooted your iPhone yet. For some reason, there appears to be a problem with iPhones where immediately after you install a game you need to restart the iPhone before the game will operate properly.
  3. It's been a long time since you last restarted your iPhone. Unfortunately, iPhones seem to get less reliable after running lots of applications for an extended period of time. As soon as it starts feeling sluggish, or you eperience other problems reboot your iPhone. It seems to clear up a lot of issues.
  4. Sometimes a game can become corrupted. It used to be very common where an application simply wouldn't install properly, but that seems to have been fixed with the 2.1 firmware update. However, even with the most recent versions we've had users solve their problems by deleting the game and re-installing so it's definitely worth trying.
3. How can I restart my iPhone/iPod Touch?
      To restart your iPhone/iPod Touch you will need to power it off, then power it back on again. To turn off the power, hold down the button on the top of the device for approximately 6 seconds. A screen with a red slider will appear that will allow you to "slide to power off". Once the device has been powered off, you can use the same button on the top of the device to power it back on again.
      Another option is to force just the Safari browser to shut down, instead of restarting the entire device. To do this, you must have the Safari browser as the actively running application. You can then hold down the Home button on the bottom of device for approximately 6 seconds. This should cause the browser to immediately exit, and unload any pages. The next time you go to Safari it will reload all of the pages and should hopefully be much more stable.

4. How can I disable the chat?
      If you are a registered user you can change your chat mode by editing your profile settings.

5. Can I use the tokens to buy something?
      At this time, tokens are simply used to keep track of top players on the site in a game agnostic manner. In the future, we plan to allow users to use their tokens to get badges and other neat stuff but we're not quite there yet.

6. When do the points reset and turn into tokens?
      We compute the tokens and reset the weekly totals at approximately 3am Pacific Time every Monday.
